WE-Drive: Women Educator Drive

WE-Drive aims to nurture women educators. Students from economically disadvantaged families are identified and trained to become educators. This enables them to be able to build a teaching career by finding employment in public or private schools. In addition to that, or as an alternative, these teachers have the possibility to generate additional revenue by offering online tuition services through DESK EdTech platform. In return, these teachers join hands with ENEDEM to provide volunteer service by educating under-privileged students. They can choose to do this either online or offline in their own localities. WE-Drive provides the following services:

  • Teacher training for graduates
  • Integrated degree and teacher training for high school graduates
  • Pedagogical seminars and training workshops
  • Spoken English courses
  • Digital Technology training
